Information Return

As in previous years, the Department of Local Government and the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) require all local governments to complete the Information return to facilitate the processes for allocation of Commonwealth Financial Assistance Grants and ABS’s requirements for annual local government financial statistics. The due date for completion of the Information Return is 20 November 2009. Local governments should request an extension if necessary.
