Welfare Organisations

Australian Veterinary Association

The AVA supports and represents the veterinary profession. This site contains practical examples and advice on a range of issues relating to managing dogs.

PetPEP is a national education program developed by the Australian Veterinary Association. It involves veterinarians and teachers working together to teach primary school students about responsible pet ownership and to how to behave around dogs. Pet Health

Dr Cam Day is a veterinary surgeon, animal behaviour consultant and media presenter based in Queensland. The Pet Health website has a variety of behaviour pet picks on common pet-related problems, such as barking and aggression, and also pet care.
